Shipping and returns
L'Émouleur can take up to two business days to confirm the availability of the merchandise desired and to request further verification of the transaction by contacting the cardholder's bank or the cardholder himself. Once the transaction has been successfully processed, the customer will receive confirmation via email and the order will be dispatched according to the following conditions:
Canada - Free-Gratuit on all orders (1-3 days)
United States: 20$ (2-4 days)
Canadian and US orders will be shipped by Canada Post and USPS services.
Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers.
L'Émouleur does not accept returns. L'Émouleur only accepts exchanges of new merchandise as long as the following conditions are met.
- Item must be return in its original packaging.
- The items must not have been used or damaged in any way.

In order to proceed to an exchange, the customer must obtain a reference number and mark that number on the package. In order to receive a reference number, please contact our customer service at 514.813.3135, or kindly email us at email@example.com. Please specify the order number and the item(s) that you would like to exchange. We will respond within an expeditious manner to provide the reference number.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees when returning or exchanging an item as well as all duties and taxes associated with the shipment. All discounted items are considered final sales and can not be exchanged under any circumstances. L'Émouleur reserves itself the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the standards elaborated above or that have been returned without a valid reference number.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
